Participants have the option of only doing the initial challenge and/or completing the optional challenge.
- 85% of our customer base are cash refunds. Our cash customers are ‘invisible’ to us and we only capture information such as date, time, location and material type. How can we better understand our cash customer patterns and trends by extracting online and publicly available data and insights. If we learn more about our cash customers, we can better understand their needs, cater for growth and further refine our services.
- Optional: Can we further leverage these cognitive insights to track or identify ad-hoc events, seasonal weather, shifts in populations or any external factors that would impact the use and recycling of beverage containers. If we further understood the consumption habits of the beverage containers in the market on a more granular level, we could better plan our collection network, increase our collections and better integrate with the community.
