Problem Statements

1. Heritage Bank is a member owned bank. How do we reward our customers in a way that is tailored towards their current lifestyle and financial needs, at the best time and place, instead of a generic reward?
2. With 2020 being a year of disasters including the bushfires in January and COVID-19 currently ravaging our economy, Heritage Bank is interested to see if we can look at how best we assist our members through these hardships. Ideally being able to predict hardships before they occur and then applying intervening measures to assist at the right time.
