Estelle Vorster

Estelle has more than 20 years of global leadership experience in IT, in various executive functions, across numerous industries and based in 9 different countries.

As Chief Information Officer at WorkPac, Estelle ensures that WorkPac is recognized as the leading organisation in the use of technology to innovate in our sector – responsible for ICT & Digital end-to-end and across the entire stack, including plan, build and run, hardware and software, on-prem and hosted.

Prior to WorkPac, as General Manager, Technology Solutions at Super Retail Group, Estelle was responsible for end-to-end Solutions Delivery, including Development, Testing, Release, Environment, Data & Analytics, Security, Store & Event Provisioning and Vendor Management functions, plus Technology lead for SRG’s transition to Agile, and cultural maturity journey from Stability to Agility to Innovation.

And prior to SRG, as General Manager, Technology Corporate Centre for ANZ – Estelle was responsible for realising ANZ’s Corporate Centre Technology strategy – including Finance, Treasury, Taxation, Risk, Group HR, Enterprise Service Delivery, Security, Property, Legal, Corporate Communication, Audit & Compliance functions.

In addition, Estelle also sponsored ANZ’s Technology People Engagement & Culture, Diversity & Inclusion and Spectrum programs (AU TechDiversity 2017 Merit Award winner for #apps4autism), Tech Lead of ANZ’s AIP (Accessibility & Inclusion Plan) and owner for ANZ’s Technology Accessibility Standard, championed ANZ’s corporate approach to Cloud services, spearheaded ANZ’s strategic vendor relationship with Oracle, serves as chair of the advisory board for the Centre of Sustainable and Responsible Organisations – Deakin University, advisory board member for 3dotDigital and industry partner for the Queensland University of Technology, Corporate Research Centre, and mentor for the QLD AI Labs.

Prior to joining SRG and ANZ, the last three roles Estelle fulfilled were: Director of Customer Management at Oracle, Head of Service Management at ING Group in Holland, and Program Director with PeopleSoft Canada.

Estelle holds Bachelor degrees in Science (Differential Equations & Chemistry), and Pedagogy (Didactics in Mathematics), a Master Practitioner certification in Neuro Linguistic Programming, successfully completed MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) Digital Business Transformation Leadership Accreditation, and Adaptive Cultures Practitioner Accreditation Programs.
